For customers ordering with Surfnow.eu from Norway and Switzerland - It is really important and we would highly recommend that you check your national import policy and all other NON-EU countries too. We are not accepting items from orders which customer do not agree import tax after we already ship order to country of order.

It is essential that you understand and budget for any import taxes that you may have to pay. Surfnow.eu is not responsible for these charges and if they are due you should be contacted by your customs office.

Unfortunately, if Surfnow.eu sends an item out and it is then rejected by the customer due to these import charges you will receive the full refund for the item when it is returned to Surfnow minus the total shipping and returns costs.
